Tonight’s dinner was great! We headed to the Regal Beagle in Brookline with some friends for dinner and drinks. On the way, I snacked on some Cherry Semolina crackers from Dr Kracker.
This was our first time at the Regal Beagle and it was great!
It is located right on Harvard Ave in Coolidge Corner. The atmosphere was awesome – very classy and chic. I loved it! The place was packed!
The food was delicious too! I started with a glass of (unpictured) Riesling and we shared the Mixed Greens with roasted pear, blue cheese, candied pecans and spiced pear vinaigrette.
It was unbelievable. Not too much dressing, which was perfect. And, this pear stuffed with blue cheese was so good!
Another appetizer at our table were the chicken tacos. i didn’t try any, but they look yummy!
For my entree, I ordered the Vegetable Fusilli with cauliflower, spinach, tomatoes and ricotta. (I’m not sure of the exact description because it wasn’t on the website!). This dish was awesome too.
Piping hot, right out of the oven. It was full of veggies.
After dinner, Brant and I stopped by Berry Line for some frozen yogurt!
This place was great because you get your own yogurt and toppings. We both chose chocolate and pomegranate swirl.
There were tons of toppings to choose from, but I decided on fruit – kiwi and strawberries.
We made sure to get some fruit with our dessert!
YUM! A delicious way to end a perfect dinner!
Just watched The Office and now it’s time for bed. Goodnight!
