We are up in New Hampshire for a weekend of downhill and cross-country skiing with my parents and in-laws! Since we got in on the earlier side last night, we decided on The Common Man for dinner. The Common Man is a great, cozy restaurant in downtown Lincoln.
They have great happy hour deals, so it is normally packed after skiing. They have a bar area with couches and a huge fireplace where you can sit and relax!
It doesn’t look as pretty in the picture as it did last night, but you get the idea!
They also have a little appetizer station where you can serve yourself!
I love the sign: Take What You Want, Want What You Take. 🙂
We sat upstairs for dinner and brought up lots of appetizers to enjoy!
That pink stuff in the picture is their famous dip – cottage cheese, ketchup and horseradish – yum!
I decided on the veggie lasagna for dinner, since there weren’t a ton of options that jumped out at me. This lasagna was huge!
This was pretty tasty with lots of noodles and cheese! Not many veggies though. I feel like I couldn’t even make a dent in this thing, especially after all the cheese and crackers. Not a very healthy meal, but I loved the splurge. 🙂
Brant went for some meat, since he doesn’t get it at home!
For dessert, they bring out their signature white chocolate chunks and they are delicious!
A great dinner after a long week and before a weekend of skiing! The Common Man has restaurants all over NH!
Off to ski!
